It's a single family dwelling with one bedroom that's completely separate from the other spaces. It has walls and a door keeping this bedroom apart from the full kitchen, living room, and bathroom This is perfect for the individual. or a couple with no children.

The 150 Project is planning to build 25 Two Bedroom Homes. As the name suggests, a 2-bedroom home is a single family dwelling that has two separate and distinct bedrooms. Each bedroom will have at least one window, a door, and have permanent walls that demarcate each room. The space inside will be enough for at least a bed and a dresser. This is perfect for those with children.
